The building has a rich historical background. It was built in 19?? and originally used for ____. Later, Tri-State Hardware, a John Deere dealership, operated here from ____ until ____.

In 2020, Stephen and I purchased the building with the vision of transforming it into an event center. We spent nearly a year carefully restoring and enhancing its old-world charm. The original tin ceiling tiles, staircase, and balcony remain intact, preserving its history. We also kept the original hand-pull elevator, adding to the building’s unique character. To make the space more functional, we added two changing rooms, a kitchen, and bathrooms, blending modern convenience with historic charm.
